-One meeting prior to booking -Two planning meetings -Creating a detailed wedding day timeline -Creating a detailed floor plan -Vendor management starting 4 weeks before the wedding day -A customized wedding packet including your timeline, vendor information, contact information, ceremony logistics, floor plan, and setup details -Contacting vendors to confirm arrival times -Coordinate to assure that all vendors receive a copy of your customized wedding packet -Direct the rehearsal -12 hours of coordination on the wedding day -Provide emergency kit -Day-of vendor management -Setup of personal decor items for ceremony and reception -Directing the ceremony processional -Cueing your DJ or musician of any important events -Distribution of final payments or gratuities -Oversee teardown and pack up any personal decor items to return home with your designated family member or friend
